Products and prices

We sell one product: the Escape Tool, a 2-in-1 spring-loaded car emergency escape tool with a window breaker and a seatbelt cutter. All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; a price change does not affect orders already placed.

The Escape Tool is designed to break tempered side windows only. It is not designed to break windscreens or laminated glass. Please read the product description and check your vehicle’s side windows before buying.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or if we suspect an error or fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment already taken.

Use of the product

The Escape Tool is a car safety tool designed to be kept in a vehicle for use in an emergency. Keep it out of the reach of small children except in an emergency. We are not responsible for misuse of the product or for use on glass it is not designed to break.

Accuracy of information

We try to describe our product accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are complete or error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your rights under our Return and Refund Policy apply.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Except where the law requires otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or product.
