Safety Hammer 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Safety Hammer, contact us within 30 days of receiving it to arrange a return for a full refund of the price paid. This guarantee applies to full-price, sale and bundle purchases, and to the Extra Testing Kit. You may return it even if you have opened or tried it. No reason for dissatisfaction is required.

To start a return, contact fingrowmedia9@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send anything back before requesting a return.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you and refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at fingrowmedia9@gmail.com.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
