Where we ship

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Availability depends on the product and delivery address. Enter your complete address at checkout to see the shipping options available for your order.

Shipping costs

Free UK shipping. UK orders ship free. Shipping charges for other destinations are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Ships next day. Delivered in 3 to 7 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Weather, customs checks, holiday demand and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.

If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking details provided with your shipment to follow its progress. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

If you cannot find your tracking details or your tracking appears to have stopped updating, contact us with your order number.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos if available and keep the packaging while we investigate.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, check around your delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it, then contact us for assistance.

We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
